II – Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, except in cases of proven culpable or deliberate conduct by Inmetrics.
We emphasize that in the event of security incidents that may pose a risk or significant damage to you or any of our users, we will notify those affected and the National Data Protection Authority about the incident and take the necessary measures.
III – Inaccuracy of information entered by the user in the records necessary for the use of Inmetrics services; any consequences arising from false information or information entered in bad faith are entirely the responsibility of the user.
The user and Inmetrics shall maintain confidentiality regarding any information belonging to the other party to which they have access within the scope and as a result of the Software license ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information may be made available to employees, representatives, agents, and collaborators of each party who need to know it in order to use the website, with each party being responsible for the actions of these individuals with regard to the duty of confidentiality.
Technical, commercial, operational, know-how, strategic, financial, legal, accounting, marketing, or any other information of one party to which the other party has access in connection with the use of the website shall be treated as Confidential Information. Confidential Information also means: (a) all information identified by captions as private or confidential; and (b) information defined as such by law or by contracts entered into with third parties, provided that its confidential nature is duly informed by one party to the other.
The following shall not be considered Confidential Information:
