Tech Talent

Tech Talent is ourcareer acceleration program for developing multidisciplinary professionals in Technology. Theprogram gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to work and develop directly with clients and alongside experts who are leaders in the Digital Technology market.

No prior experience or specific IT training is required to participate, but it is important that candidates are curious and comfortable with topics in this field.

During the journey, new talents are involved in projectsrelated to Digital Product Quality, Digital Architectures, Analytics, etc., and are supported by mentors and thePeople & Culture department. In addition, they have access to all the benefits offered by Inmetrics.

SRE and Talent Performance

SRE and Performance Talent is aprofessional training and development initiativein technology that will support talented individuals in developing essential skills and competencies for those who want to be part of the world ofSite Reliability Engineering.To participate, you don't need previous experience, but rather an affinity for topics in the field, such as programming, and a strong desire to learn.

Transparency and equal pay reports

In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, Decree No. 11,795/2023, as well as Inmetrics' commitments to promoting inclusion and diversity practices, It is important to note that the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations) is a system that organizes and classifies existing professions in Brazil, and was used as the basis for preparing this report. It is used to:
  • Identify and name professions;
  • Describe, in general and broad terms, the activities that each profession performs;
  • Inform the requirements, academic qualifications, and experience most commonly sought after in the job market.
What it is used for:
  • Search for information about professions;
  • Assist companies in classifying positions and functions (e-Social and Caged);
  • Public labor market surveys;
  • Public policies on employment and professional training.
The data in the reports is anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) 13 709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations). Large Groups: It is a government classification that brings together different types of work (positions/departments).
